Payment & Refunds
To secure your booking at our farmhouse, we kindly request an advance payment for each reservation, along with a refundable deposit of 1000 AED. This deposit ensures that any potential damages or extra charges can be covered, and it will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we have specific cancellation policies in place. If you comply with the terms and conditions outlined in these policies, you may be eligible for a refund. Rest assured that if you are eligible for a refund, the process will be initiated promptly within 3 business days.
Cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
When you cancel a reservation as a guest, the refund amount will typically adhere to the cancellation policy specific to that reservation. It's important to note that if you cancel your booking within 7 days before the scheduled arrival, no refund or refund of the booking amount will be provided. You have the flexibility to cancel your reservation through various methods, such as email, WhatsApp, or phone call. In the rare event that the villa owner cancels your reservation, we will provide you with a full refund and make every effort to accommodate you in another farm to ensure a seamless experience.
