- The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
- Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
- Lost, damaged and/or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
- A limited number of 54 visitors at the same time is allowed in the museum. Up to 5 members of a single group will be allowed to enter.

- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.

- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Yes, we do offer flexible passes and tickets if its listed on our website. The Tickets depend in the form of eVoucher or a Hard copy as per the guidelines of these Attractions.
- Can I produce an eVoucher at the time of my Tour?
Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
- How long will it take for the refund of my canceled tour?
