Additionally, guests can enjoy an adult pool, children's pool, kids' play area, BBQ spot, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Rules & Regulations
1. Parents are solely responsible for the safety of their children during their stay.
2. The property owner assumes no responsibility for guest safety.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
4. Pets are not permitted on the property.
5. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
6. Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property.
7. Guests will be held financially responsible for any missing or damaged items.
8. The property owner reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit if guests violate any booking rules.
Payment & Refunds
Cancellations are not permitted; however, reservations may be postponed. To reschedule, please notify us at least one week prior to the scheduled date. Payments made are non-refundable, but we will be happy to reschedule your reservation for future dates if notified within the required timeframe.
Damage Insurance Requirement:
A damage insurance fee of 1000 dirhams is required. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours after departure, provided the lounge is inspected and confirmed to be free of damage or violations of the terms and conditions.
Obligation to pay damage insurance: 1000 dirhams [the amount will be returned after the guest has left and the lounge has been inspected and made sure that there are no damages or breaches of the laws listed, within 24 hours of the time of departure.
Cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
1. Cancellations made at least 10 days before the check-in date are eligible for postponement.
2. To amend your reservation and receive a refund, changes must be made at least 10 days prior to the check-in date.
3. Cancellations or changes within 10 days of the check-in date will not be refunded.
4. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for a postponed date.
