Rules & Regulations
1. Parents are entirely responsible for the safety of their children.
2. The property owner is not liable for the safety of guests.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
4. Pets are not permitted on the property.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please keep the property clean and tidy.
7. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
8. The property owner reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit in the event of any breaches of the booking rules.
Payment & Refunds
Reservations cannot be canceled, only postponed. If you need to postpone your reservation, please notify us at least one week in advance. Payments made are non-refundable, but you can reschedule for future dates if we receive your request at least one week before the scheduled date.
Damage Insurance:
A damage insurance fee of 1000 dirhams is required. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure, after the lounge has been inspected to ensure there are no damages or violations of the listed policies.
Cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for rescheduling.
To amend your reservation, please make changes at least 10 days before the check-in date for a refund eligibility.
Cancellations or amendments requested within 10 days of the check-in date will not qualify for a refund.
No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for rescheduling.
