1. Property loss: The Client is liable for any loss or damage to Caravan property.
Reporting defects: The Client must promptly inform Caravan of any vehicle defects affecting safety or operation.
2. Caravan return: The Client must return the Caravan to Caravan's Dubai delivery point by the agreed date and time. Failure to do so incurs a penalty.
3. Costs: The Client bears legal fees, court costs, and expenses for enforcing this Agreement.
4. Parking rules: The Client should park the Caravan only in legally permitted areas. Parking fees are the Client's responsibility, complying with regulations.
5. Damage inspection: The Client must inspect the Caravan for visible defects, damages, or excessive soiling, and notify Wenjoy immediately. Non-reported issues become the Client's responsibility.
6. Area of operation: Clients may use the Caravan within the UAE, returning it to Caravan's Dubai delivery point. Travel outside Dubai incurs additional costs for return, repair, accidents, and towing.
7. Obligations when ending the trip: Clients must return the Caravan to Caravan's Dubai delivery point, inform an agent in advance, ensure fuel level, close all windows/doors, and turn off lights.
8. Deposit refund: The Security Deposit, along with booking fees, is refundable within 10 days after returning the Caravan to Caravan's Dubai delivery point.
9. Collisions, damage, and traffic violations: Clients are responsible for uninsured damages, including repair costs, injuries to third parties, recovery/transportation costs, and loss of use. Caravan reserves the right to charge for damages.
10. Coverage: Caravan provides comprehensive insurance coverage for its vehicles, including the driver and passengers.
11. Limit of liability: Caravan is not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or economic losses arising from this Agreement or the Client's use of the Caravan.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
2. If you wish to amend your reservation, changes must be made at least 10 days before the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
3. If you wish to reschedule the booking, One week prior to the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. The remaining 50% of the amount can be used as a balance to reschedule the booking.
4. Cancellations or amendments made in less than 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
5. No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for a refund.
