Rules & Regulations
1. Parents are solely responsible for the safety of their children during their stay.
2. The property owner assumes no responsibility for guest safety.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
4. Pets are not permitted on the property.
5. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
6. Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property.
7. Guests will be held financially responsible for any missing or damaged items.
8. The property owner reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit if guests violate any booking rules
Payment & Refunds
The reservation cannot be canceled, only postponed. In case of postponement, please notify us at least one week in advance. The payments made are non-refundable, but the reservation can be rescheduled for future dates if we are informed one week before the scheduled date
To secure your booking at our farmhouse, we kindly request an advance payment for each reservation, along with a refundable deposit of 1000 AED. This deposit ensures that any potential damages or extra charges can be covered, and it will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we have specific cancellation policies in place. If you comply with the terms and conditions outlined in these policies, you may be eligible for a refund. Rest assured that if you are eligible for a refund, the process will be initiated promptly within 3 business days.
Cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
1. Cancellations made at least 10 days before the check-in date are eligible for postponement.
2. To amend your reservation and receive a refund, changes must be made at least 10 days prior to the check-in date.
3. Cancellations or changes within 10 days of the check-in date will not be refunded.
4. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for a postponed date.
