Rules & Regulations
1. Parents are fully responsible for their children safety.
2. The property owner is not responsible for guest safety.
3. Smoking in not allowed indoors.
4. No Alcoholic beverages allowed in the property. It should be consumed outside
5. Pets are not allowed in the property.should stay outside
6. Parties are not allowed.
7. Fireworks are not allowed.
8. Keep the property clean.
9. Guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
10. Property Owner is eligible to deduct from security deposit in case the guests breached booking rules.
Payment & Refunds
Cancellations are not permitted; however, reservations may be postponed. To reschedule, please notify us at least one week prior to the scheduled date. Payments made are non-refundable, but we will be happy to reschedule your reservation for future dates if notified within the required timeframe.
Damage Insurance Requirement:
A damage insurance fee of 1000 dirhams is required. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours after departure, provided the lounge is inspected and confirmed to be free of damage or violations of the terms and conditions.
Cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
The reservation cannot be canceled, only postponed. In case of postponement, please notify us at least one week in advance. The payments made are non-refundable, but the reservation can be rescheduled for future dates if we are informed one week before the scheduled date
To secure your booking at our farmhouse, we kindly request an advance payment for each reservation, along with a refundable deposit of 1000 AED. This deposit ensures that any potential damages or extra charges can be covered, and it will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.
