Rules & Regulations
1. Parents are fully responsible for their children safety.
2. The property owner is not responsible for guest safety.
3. Smoking in not allowed indoors.
4. Pets are not allowed in the property.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Keep the property clean.
7. Guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
8. Property Owner is eligible to deduct from security deposit in case the guests breached booking rules.
9. Sound system is allowed but please make sure to use moderate volume
Payment & Refunds
The reservation cannot be canceled, only postponed. In case of postponement, please notify us at least one week in advance. The payments made are non-refundable, but the reservation can be rescheduled for future dates if we are informed one week before the scheduled date.
Obligation to pay damage insurance: 1000 dirhams [the amount will be returned after the guest has left and the lounge has been inspected and made sure that there are no damages or breaches of the laws listed, within 24 hours of the time of departure.
Cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
1. Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a rescheduling.
2. If you wish to amend your reservation, changes must be made at least 10 days before the check-in date to be eligible for a rescheduled date.
3. Cancellations or amendments made within 10 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a rescheduled date
4. No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for a rescheduled date.
