Rules & Regulations
1. Parents are fully responsible for their children safety.
2. The property owner is not responsible for guest safety.
3. Smoking in not allowed indoors.
4. No Alcoholic beverages allowed in the property.
5. Only Small Pets are allowed in the property.
6. Parties are not allowed.
7. Fireworks are not allowed.
8. Keep the property clean.
9. Guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
10. Property Owner is eligible to deduct from security deposit in case the guests breached booking rules.
Payment & Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
1. During the months of November to February, cancellations will not be entertained. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
2. Should you wish to amend your reservation, kindly note that changes must be submitted at least 6 days before the scheduled check-in date to be eligible for rescheduling. This allows us to better accommodate your preferences.
3. Please be advised that no-shows or early departures will not be eligible for rescheduling. We encourage guests to adhere to their confirmed reservation dates to avoid any inconvenience.
