- Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Animals or pets, Toys, and sharp tools are not allowed at the Dubai Frame.
- Food and beverage will not be permitted at the Dubai Frame.

- Please avoid touching Items displayed in exhibitions.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under the age of three and people of determination with 2 companions will have free access to the Dubai Frame,

- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
