Important Information

• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
• Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.

Useful Information

• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per government norms, for which we do not hold responsibility.

• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for winter months.

• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.

• No strollers allowed inside vehicles without prior information, so please inform us when making the reservation.

• An adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 in the water during any water activities.

• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, tours will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
