Experience the Middle East’s Largest Ski Resort

The largest of its kind Ski Dubai imitates a snow-laden hill station that features an 85-meter-high indoor mountain with slopes, a full-fledged snow park, a ski school, snow penguins, winter-themed cafes, and many polar activities. One of the best things to do in Ski Dubai is to hit the slopes and ski. Depending on your skills, you can choose from five different runs with varying lengths and difficulties.

Feel the Ultimate in Snowy Wonderland

Strap on the ski boots and spend most of the day sliding and rolling on the snow. Or you can simply make your very own snowman in the mystical Ice Cave. There are also fantastic rides, such as Snow Bullet, which lets you reach new heights of 16 meters above slopes through an adrenaline-pumping 150-meter-long zip line. What’s more, beginners can learn from the trained instructors to ski and snowboard like seasoned pros.

Choose the Right Pass

The Snow Classic ticket provides basic access to all areas of the Snow Park. Take to the climbing wall, roll down the snow slopes (while inside a zorb ball), and hit attractions and rides, like snow plough playground, bobsled, and bumper cars. Choose the dedicated Ski Full Day Slope Session or upgrade the experience to Ski Premium for the absolute snow adventure, with a 40-minute penguin encounter, unlimited ride access, locker facility, and a photograph in the park.

Important Information

• For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
• The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• NOTE – Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.

Useful Information

• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
• Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
• Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
