Sky Views Dubai How to Redeem
- To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
- Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner.
- Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.
Important Information
- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
- Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
- Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
- Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed for the glass slide.
- You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
- Glass Slide will not be included in Sky Views Observatory – open dated tickets. The tickets for Glass Slide can be purchased directly from the ticket counter present at the venue for AED 25.
- Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
Useful Information
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
